To prohibit procuring vessel and aircraft crewing services from the DPRK.

To add the list of items and technologies prohibited to export to the DPRK, related to weapons of mass destruction programs and their means of delivery to the DPRK.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of arms and related materiel of all types. Except for non-combat vehicles which have been manufactured or fitted with materials to provide ballistic protection and are intended solely for protective use of personnel of the Union and its Member States in the DPRK.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of all items, materials, equipment, goods and technology which could contribute to the DPRK's nuclear-related, ballistic-missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes, as determined by the UNSC or the Sanctions Committee.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of items, materials, equipment, goods and technology which could contribute to the DPRK's nuclear-related, ballistic-missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes or to its military activities listed in Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of items, materials, equipment relating to dual-use goods and technology.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of key components for the ballistic-missile sector.

To prohibit the granting of any financing or financial assistance to entities in the DPRK, or to DPRK entities or DPRK-owned entities outside the DPRK, or for the documented purpose of financing such entities in the DPRK.

To prohibit the supply, sale or transfer to the DPRK of helicopters and vessels.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of any item that could contribute to the DPRK's nuclear-related, ballistic-missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes, to prohibited activities, or to the evasion of sanctions.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of any item, except food or medicine, that could contribute directly to the development of the operational capabilities of the DPRK's armed forces. Except for the supply, sale, transfer or procurement where such activity is exclusively for humanitarian purposes or livelihood purposes, and is not related to any prohibited activities.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of items, materials, equipment, goods and technology listed pursuant to paragraph 4 of UNSCR 2321.

To prohibit the supply, sale, transfer or export of item listed in the conventional arms dual-use list adopted by the Sanctions Committee.

To prohibit providing technical training, advice, services, assistance or brokering services, or other intermediary services, related to items or technology referred to in Article 1(1) or to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of those items to the DPRK.

To prohibit providing financing or financial assistance related to items or technology referred to in Article 1(1).

To prohibit participating, knowingly or intentionally, in activities the object or effect of which is to circumvent the prohibitions referred to in Article 1(2) points (a) and (b).

To prohibit the procurement from the DPRK of prohibited items or technology.

To prohibit trading in gold, diamonds and precious metals with the DPRK government, its public bodies, corporations and agencies or the Central Bank of the DPRK, as well as persons or entities acting on their behalf or at their direction, or entities owned or controlled by them.

To prohibit the procurement from the DPRK of gold, titanium ore, vanadium ore, rare-earth minerals, copper, nickel, silver and zinc.
